Medical devices, and especially implants, require outstanding quality which can only be achieved by controlled processes and continuous inspections and measurements. Synlas commits to performing a 100 % final visual inspection of all components for implants ( stents, heart valves, clips, …) in order to ensure highest quality.

Surface Finishing

Our proprietary approach to the surface quality of your part positively impacts biocompatibility, fatigue and corrosion. Our surface treatment methods include:

Laser Marking

The traceability of the production process to the origin of the raw material is of crucial importance especially with implants. This traceability is ensured by laser marking all implants. Almost all materials can be marked with a laser. Laser markings are water-proof and wipe-proof and extremely durable. They can be created quickly, automatically and for individual applications.
