Laser Marking
The traceability of the production process to the origin of the raw material is of crucial importance especially with implants. This traceability is ensured by laser marking all implants. Almost all materials can be marked with a laser. Laser markings are water-proof and wipe-proof and extremely durable. They can be created quickly, automatically and for individual applications.
Synlas have different laser series for a variety of marking tasks. Laser beam sources in the relevant wavelengths 1062/1064 nm (infrared), 532 nm (green) and 355 nm (ultraviolet) allow you to use marking lasers to process metals, plastics, glass, ceramics and organic materials. By applying multi-axis systems, the marking of complex components in several levels can be realized efficiently and economically. The use of rotary axes allows cylindrical components to be marked omnidirectional. Company and product logos, barcodes, QR Codes or Datamatrix codes can be marked onto your products.
